well, i have a lot to blog about and a lot of pictures i want to post. we spent a night at kelli's for her 35th birthday and had a great time by the pool, and took some fun pictures of the kids. i have been re-doing my dining room, which has taken me a long time to finish. it still isn't completely done but it's close so i am putting some pics on here for aunt nancy to see. i also had a birthday since the last post and a bunko party at my house. it has been a busy few weeks and just wanted to catch up for everybody in one blog, so here it is.
i also want to say that being a mom has been and is such a joy. kaylie and her friends at this age bring such joy to me. they are so much fun and i enjoy watching them grow into young ladies. i love that they want to be here and have fun when they spend the night at our house. and will, is such a precious baby that i can't imagine having any more children and loving them as much as i love kaylie and will. i would have to say that our family is complete and perfect. spencer and i have so much fun with both kaylie and will right now that it is almost unbelievable. the age difference is so vast that it makes our lives so diverse and interesting at the same time. i wish that everyone could experience parenthood like this. kaylie is such a huge help to me. she gets will up every morning, changes his diaper, and feeds him, then brings him to us. she has started doing this on her own. while she is getting ready in the morning, he usually wakes up and is just talking to himself, so she hears him before we do. she loves him so much, and he loves her just the same. you should see his face when he sees her in the morning, he knows he is going to her room to listen to music and watch her get ready!! it is such sweet and joyous times in our home right now. we are so blessed and so happy!
this is at kelli's for her birthday!
will loves to eat sweet peas and green beans and when he is done, he blows with a mouth full and gets it all over him and me!
will went to his first gun show with his daddy and to visit granny while i got ready for bunko! so of course, he had to wear his cowboy shirt that aunt julie gave us!
this is the dining room almost finished. i still have a chair to paint!
these are the bunko girls!
my birthday at kobeya steakhouse!
