not too much has been going on this week. except kaylie forgetting that she had a major project due this morning and told us about it at 5pm yesterday. she had to pick a historical fiction novel, read it throughout this 6 weeks, and then make a playbill for it. she says, it was explained to the class while we were in new york. but then, she showed me a paper that i signed on october 16th, acknowledging the assignment and that i understood. i guess i should read things before i sign them. i had no idea. anyway, we did finish, although it took us until 2am. thank goodness for the playbill we had from legally blonde or i would have been completely lost. i don't know if we did a great job but i'd say we did an okay job for not reading the book, and starting less than 12 hours before the thing was due. when she gets it back, i am going to take pictures of it and post. we were a little short on supplies and it may look a bit like a 3rd grader did it. but at least we're done.

i kept jake for a while last night and he and will were so good. it is really funny to me that at 6 and 7 months old, they already want what the other has. jake wanted will's toys and will wanted what jake had. in the end, jake won. he had almost all the toys in his lap, beside him, and behind him. poor will just sat there chewing on the one toy jake wasn't able to get. later, when i was holding both of them, will reached out and grabbed jake's pacifier from his mouth and put it in his mouth. i guess that was his way of getting back.

how does a duck go?

just another laughing performance of will. i can't help but post these to share. i think they are hilarious. enjoy! be sure to pause the playlist to the right.
