Will is trying to feed himself!

will has really been trying to feed himself the last few days. i think that is all fine and good until you try to feed him chocolate pudding. he will not take a bite if you are trying to feed it to him yourself, he grabs the spoon and off he goes. it was on the floor, the wall, and of course all over me and him. cute pictures, but not such a fun clean up!

Kaylie's 8th Grade Banquet

Kaylie had her 8th grade banquet weekend before last! I hope they had fun, she said they did. 6 girls got ready at our house, that was a bit crazy. They all had dates, but they met them over at someone else's house. Weird, huh? I guess times have changed.

Tucker's Dedication

Tucker was dedicated at church a few weeks ago. Poor thing was sick so we drove to Ardmore for a 5 minute dedication and then off to eat the best Mexican Food in Ardmore. We had a great time.

Will and Jake's 1st Birthday Party!

I know there are a lot of pictures for this post, but I had such a hard time choosing just a few. I wanted to put them all on here. The party was a huge success. The boys were so good all day. By the end they had to be exhausted but neither one of them acted like it. They were all smiles all day long! we had a bounce house that kept all the kids entertained. Even the BIG kids. (Kaylie and her friends) I think Caroline and Jack jumped for 5 hours straight. Amy made Will and Jake's cakes. They turned out perfect!

Whip Appeal!! The Zoo!! Easter!! & 1st Haircut!!

I have a lot of catching up to do. Kelli and I went to the Babyface concert a few weeks ago. It was great! Too bad there wasn't someone to take a picture of the both of us, but I got this of her on the way! It was so much fun. I love him!


I think cheese toast has become Will's favorite thing to eat. He honestly tries to put the whole piece of bread in his mouth at once. He can fit about half in there and somehow manages to chew it up and swallow! Too Funny!

I can't believe Jake turned 1 on the 5th. we helped him celebrate by going to the zoo that day. It was a lot of fun. It really seems like just the other day, Julie and I were fat, swollen, and had huge bellies wanting these babies to come out quick! Now Jake is 1 and Will is going to be 1 in just a week. CRAZY!!

Just an Update!

will and jake had their first outting at mcdonald's together a few weekends ago. they look a bit frightened in this picture, but i promise, they were just starving.

meet oliver!!!

we got a new dog monday! well, it is really kaylie's dog! she named him oliver. kelli got the brother of oliver and she named him sullivan. they are mini maltese puppies and weigh about 2 pounds right now. full grown, they'll be about 4 pounds. oliver is so cute and playful. but, he gets car sick. he threw up in my lap 2 times on the way home monday and today, he made it all the way to fort worth and back, and has thrown up 4 times since we got home. i think he might have gotten a little scared when i gave him a bath and then blew him dry. he's been sick ever since. i've never house trained a dog and been successful, so wish me luck!

i've been noticing since will got teeth that he might have a little bit of morning breath. so, yesterday he brushed his teeth for the first time. he liked it.
