another busy week & now we're home alone.......

well, not really home alone, but spencer left tonight for the whole weekend to go hunting. i hate it when he is gone. there is just something missing when he isn't here. i'm guessing the rest of november and december will be like this. he, his dad, and 2 brother in laws got deer lease this season. i'm happy for him to be able to get away and have fun, but we miss him real bad when he is gone.

aunt julie came over today and we tried to take a few pictures of will and jake in their halloween costumes. she got way more cute ones than i did because i was having to stand behind her and do crazy little dances and songs to make them smile.

i tried this on will earlier in the week and took pictures just to make sure he liked his costume.  aunt kelli says he needs a t-shirt on under it, so tomorrow night when he's trick or treating, he will have on a t-shirt so his arms won't get cold!



kaylie had mix match day at school this week for drug week or something, so this is how she went to school on wednesday. crazy as usual.


i kept will awake so spencer could see him before he left. he has been so tired the last 2 nights that he is delirious. he has been dying laughing at me saying quack quack and spencer spitting will's passy out at him. i have the best one on video and have put it on here. you will have to pause the playlist to be able to hear how hilarious it is. the funniest thing to me is that he never stops jumping!!!!

kaylie!

kaylie's cheer squad had their pictures made this year at the end of september. they were ready for pick up 2 days before we left for new york and i just picked them up today. my memory is not good. i can't remember anything anymore. sorry kaylie. they are all so good but the rest of them are glued into a leather binder thing and i can't get them out without tearing it up. this was my favorite one.

pumpkins, pumpkins, and more pumpkins!

i took will to ardmore this weekend so that we could take jack, tucker, and will to the pumpkin patch. we were hopeful after the horrible morning we had trying to get all 3 kids ready and out the door by a certain time. it didn't turn out so great though. jack really didn't want to do anything but the hayride and wasn't a good participant for our picture taking, tucker did good, but you can't put will too close to him because he grabs will's face,hair, ears, etc.... and it makes will mad. will had his first minor injury at the pumpkin patch also. i sat him on the hay next to jack, had him sitting good all by himself, stepped back to take my picture, and he starting leaning to the right. by the time i threw the camera on the ground, all that was left to grab of will was the back of his sweater before he hit the ground. when i pulled him up, he had a mouth full of hay, and the hay had scratched his face pretty bad. he ended up only crying for a minute but i felt so bad. the started sneezing and broke out in a rash all over his cheeks. anyway, we ended up with only a hand full of pictures, but the owner of the pumpkin patch did ask kelli to make sure we emailed our pictures to her and she would use them on her website for next year!

Fall is here!

fall is definitely here! we took will to the pumpkin patch tonight and it was cold!!!! poor baby, i didn't put socks on him and his feet were like icicles when we left. he really liked it though, he told me. he did great for the pictures. but then he pooped his diaper, so we left. i did try to include kaylie in the pictures, but she would not have any part of it. again, here are my favorites!!!

6 Months Old!

will is 6 months old. i cannot believe it. he is so funny. getting funnier and cuter by the day. he does get mad at us now. he screams and kicks his feet. spoiled? maybe a little bit! i took some pictures of him this morning before he went to Ms. Diana's for his 6 month spot in his picture frame. so, i can never just post one picture, i take so many and have the hardest time choosing, so i am going to post the ones i absolutely love.

HaPpY 60TH BiRtHdAy MoM!!!!!

we had so much fun in new york. mom wanted to go for her 60th birthday and take all her girls with her. it is such a busy crazy place. we walked miles and miles everyday. maybe not really, but it sure seemed like it. we saw legally blonde, the musical and it was so good. that was maybe the best part of the trip for me. there is so much shopping to do, i spent every dollar i took with me. it was such a neat experience, i'm glad to have gotten to share it with my mom, sister, kaylie, and averie. hopefully the girls will remember it forever. i hope it was a great birthday and wonderful experience for everyone. here are some (a lot) of the pictures we took while we were there.
