Weigh Day!
well, i was really discouraged this week when i would weigh throughout the week because nothing was changing and i was doing really well. but this morning i had lost 2 pounds. not great but better than gaining. guess i am going to have to exercise. i know that will make all the difference even if its just 3 or 4 days a week. so, we'll see if it helps when i weigh next monday. my mom is also doing this with me and she lost 4 pounds this week. good job!!
today's weight is 150
